Founded in 2005, the Palo Alto Team beautifies downtown Palo Alto, outreaches to our unhoused neighbors, and manages the Downtown Food Closet, which provides food security to low-income and unhoused community members in the Palo Alto area. Recently the Palo Alto Team has launched specialized peer-to-peer outreach Teams.
Every year in Palo Alto, DST organizes the Estelle Chalfin Community Thanksgiving meal on Thursday and Friday, hosted by All Saints Episcopal Church.
