The San Rafael Team was launched in 2013 with many partners including the city of San Rafael and the County of Marin. The Novato Team was launched in 2017 with the support of the City of Novato and the County of Marin. At the height of the pandemic we launched our first robust street outreach program serving individuals from the Anchor Out community on Richardson’s Bay to folks residing in RVs and vehicles on Binford Road, and all Marin communities in between. DST Marin also operates multiple intensive housing case management programs, employing the Housing First model.
