Our Annual Estelle Chalfin Thanksgiving Meal in Palo Alto Returns in Person

After two years of to-go dining due to the pandemic, our Estelle Chalfin Thanksgiving Meal returned to an in-person, sit-down meal. Over Thanksgiving Thursday and Black Friday (which we call Leftovers Friday) we served over 500 meals to members of the Palo Alto community! Many thanks to our host partner, All Saints' Episcopal Church, and to those who volunteered their time and donated food to make this event a success.

A special thank you to ABC 7 News and KPIX Channel 5 News for covering our event and spreading the word about the work Downtown Streets Team is doing in the community.
