Meet Beatriz: San Francisco Team Member

Beatriz joined Downtown Streets Team last October. She was homeless, undocumented, and faced mental health challenges. With the support of her Case Manager she was connected with medical & mental healthcare. She found work in Sunnyvale, and her Case Manager sprang into action getting her the transportation she needed to make the commute between Sunnyvale and the City. She is also working with a pro bono immigration law office to obtain a U-Visa.
