As a full-time employee, you will receive 15 days of accrued vacation/PTO per year. Additionally, DST provides 16 paid holidays, and two separate weeks of mandatory paid time off for Summer and Winter breaks. We do all this for self-care, work-life balance, and to avoid burnout in this great, passionate work that we do.
With our Summer (5 days) and Winter (5 days) paid breaks, you will essentially be provided 26 days off plus 16 paid holidays, including your birthday, and your choice of a celebrated day for culture or heritage. DST’s benefits are spectacular!

As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for paid sick leave accrued at DST's standard rate per pay period.

The Sacramento & Yolo Counties Regional Program Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery and overall success of each DST community within their region. The Regional Director supervises up to 4 Program Managers, and up to 3 additional direct reports. A successful Regional Program Director must have a strategic mindset, broad knowledge of program management principles and demonstrated experience leading and developing their staff.

The Davis Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation two separate contracts with the City of Davis, our Flagship DST program and the drop-in support center for unhoused residents of Davis, the Davis Daytime Respite Center.

The Case Manager is expected to contribute in ways that will enable our innovative model of social action, which has been recognized as one of five evidence-based, best practices in California. Your role as a Case Manager will support our meaningful work alongside compassionate and talented colleagues, and will foster a relationship of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. We’re looking for a full-time Case Manager to work directly with individuals residing in the emergency shelter to help them navigate social services and reduce barriers to self-sufficiency. This may include helping motel guests with employment and housing resources, accessing physical or mental healthcare, accessing legal or financial services, and other goals. You’ll need strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and people skills while managing priorities and workflow.
